Rotherham Heritage Landmarks

Keppel's Column is a stone folly erected on the outskirts of the Wentworth Woodhouse estate. The folly lay abandoned and in disrepair for many years. Due to its prominence in the landscape, many residents have strong memories of the column and stories from its years being open. In 2023 the column will reopen to the public once more after extensive renovation. Photographs were taken as part of a relaunch ready for the grand opening later in the year.
