About Sam McQueen

For over 15 years I've photographed the endeavour, joy, creativity and spirit that propels people forward. Some of my work includes putting Sheffield on the map as The Outdoor City, and working with community groups to form Rotherham's ambition to become the world's first Children's Capital of Culture.

Specialities

I have extensive experience photographing people in environments requiring adaptability and a deep understanding of the subject. Previous work has involved busy healthcare environments, large industrial factories, snowy mountain peaks and school rooms full of 30 frantic toddlers.
